H. Corbin Haskell, MAI

Corbin graduated from the Citadel in 1978 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He joined the company in 1981 and is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI designation as well as holding a Certified General license through the State of South Carolina. He is the managing appraiser of the Robinson Company and is responsible for scheduling and pricing appraisal and consultation assignments.

Corbin has appraisal experience in a broad range of property types specializing in right-of-way. He also has litigation experience and is qualified as an expert witness in most South Carolina state and federal courts.

Mark B. Ratchford, MAI, SRA

Mark received his B. A. degree from the University of South Carolina in 1987. He joined the Robinson Company in 1990 and is a member of the Appraisal Institute with both the SRA and MAI professional designations. Mark has over 20 years of appraisal experience with all types of real estate, specializing in hospitality hotel/motel and multi-family residential apartments and condominiums. He also has extensive litigation/expert testimony experience having been qualified as an expert witness in most South Carolina state courts.

Nancy T. Teachey, SRA

Nancy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in English. She is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the SRA designation as well as holding a Certified General license through the state of South Carolina. She has been actively involved in the appraisal of real estate since 1980 and has appraised a broad range of property types. Her appraisal experience includes industrial and warehouse buildings, vacant land, offices, condominium projects, subdivisions and mixed-use Central Business District properties. She specializes in downtown properties.

Kathryn H. White, SRA

Kathryn received her BA degree from the University of South Carolina in 1980. She joined the Robinson Company in 1990. Kathryn is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the SRA professional designation and holds a Certified Residential license through the state of South Carolina. She has extensive appraisal experience within a broad range of property types from residential to commercial, specializing in relocation and high-end custom residential properties.

Mark T. Selby, MAI

Mark graduated from Baylor University in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with majors in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining the Robinson Company in 2003, he had a successful career with over 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience with national and international manufacturers. Mark’s focus is on subdivisions, neighborhood retail and specialty centers, industrial, commercial, and office appraisals.

W.R. "Tripp" Glenn, III, MAI

Tripp is a Certified General Appraiser licensed through the State of South Carolina and is a Member of the Appraisal Institute. He graduated from Presbyterian College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in 1999 from the University of South Carolina in Sports Administration. Tripp worked as a commercial real estate appraiser in Atlanta, Georgia from 2002 to 2005. He joined the Robinson Company in 2005.

His experience includes but is not limited to various types of industrial facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, apartments and all types of vacant land tracts.

In 2008, Tripp received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Robert A. Shore

Rob received a B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina in 1980. He joined the Robinson Company in 2006. He is a certified residential appraiser and real estate broker in the state of South Carolina with over 25 years of mortgage banking and appraisal experience. Rob specializes in high-end residential properties, vacant land and relocation properties.

Dustan A. Lane

Dustan is a Certified General Appraiser licensed through the State of South Carolina, a Real Estate Sales Associate licensed through the State of Florida, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. He attended Florida State University and graduated from its College of Business in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Prior to joining the Robinson Company he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser with Stone and Associates in Greenville, South Carolina from 2001 to 2010. Dustan’s appraisal experience is comprised of, but not exclusive to; office, retail, and industrial properties, in addition to all types of vacant land tracts. Additionally, he is currently working towards a designation of Membership to the Appraisal Institute.
